What it does

Custom fields mapped per form

Send any answer into a GetResponse custom field, with the field list read from your own account rather than typed by hand.

MAX accounts supported

Point the delivery at a GetResponse MAX endpoint and account domain when your plan is hosted separately from the standard platform.

Contacts refreshed, not duplicated

A returning respondent updates the fields you mapped instead of creating a second record on the campaign.

Getting it working

  1. 01

    Add your API key

    Paste a GetResponse API key into the xpac settings screen. MAX customers add their platform endpoint and account domain here too.

  2. 02

    Pick the campaign

    Add the GetResponse delivery to your form and choose which campaign new contacts join.

  3. 03

    Map your fields

    Match form fields to name, email and any custom fields on the account.

Do I need the MAX settings?

Only if you are on GetResponse MAX. Standard accounts leave all three MAX fields empty and the delivery uses the shared API host.

Can I add contacts to more than one campaign?

Yes. Add the delivery once per campaign, each with its own mapping.

What happens if the API key expires?

The delivery fails and is recorded against the entry. The entry itself is already saved, so nothing is lost while you replace the key.

Is a confirmation email sent?

That depends on the campaign. GetResponse sends its own confirmation when the campaign is set to double opt-in.
