What it does
Fields are blocks
Build a form the same way you build a page: drag fields in, arrange them in columns, style them with the tools already in the editor.
Validated twice
Every rule runs in the browser for a fast answer and again on the server for a trustworthy one, because a rule that only runs in the browser is a suggestion.
Deliveries after the entry is safe
The submission is stored first, then handed to each delivery in turn. An integration having a bad day cannot cost you a lead.

Add a form block
Insert the Form block on any page or post and start adding fields.

Set your rules
Mark fields required, set formats, and write the message someone sees when they get it wrong.

Decide where answers go
Entries are stored by default. Add deliveries to also send them somewhere else.

Is this really free?
Yes. Forms is GPLv3 and free on unlimited sites. The paid tier is the integrations that connect it to other services.
Where are entries stored?
In your own database. Nothing is sent to us, and there is no account to create to read your own submissions.
Does it work in a block theme?
Yes, and it reads your theme.json, so a form inherits your typography and colours rather than arriving with its own.
Can I export what I have collected?
Yes, as CSV, from the entries screen.
