What it does
One question, no button
For a single-choice poll, a rating or a yes/no, pressing submit is a second action nobody needs. Choosing the answer is the submission.
Only when it is valid
Auto submit waits for every rule to pass, so it cannot fire a half-answered form at your CRM.
Still usable from a keyboard
Submission is announced to assistive technology, so nobody is left wondering whether anything happened.
Getting it working

Open the form settings
Select the Form block and find the auto submit option.

Turn it on
Enable auto submit and choose the delay, if any.

Hide the submit button
Remove the button, or keep it as a fallback for people who prefer to press it.

Questions
What if the form has several fields?
It submits once all of them are valid. That is rarely what you want on a long form, which is why this suits single-question forms best.
Can someone change their answer?
Set a delay and they can. Without one, the first valid answer is the one that is sent.
Does it work with multi-step forms?
It can advance a step automatically, which makes a stepped quiz feel much quicker.
Is it accessible?
Submission and its result are both announced, and the form stays fully operable from the keyboard.
